Our integrated solutions include: Sea Freight Air Freight Inland Transportation Customs Clearance Bonded & Non-Bonded Warehousing General Cargo Management Global Supply Chain Solutions Digital Freight Management Platform Location New Cairo, Egypt Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Pricing Specialist to join our Pricing & Procurement Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing competitive freight rates, negotiating with carriers and overseas partners, preparing accurate quotations, and supporting the Sales team with cost-effective logistics solutions across international trade lanes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in freight forwarding pricing, strong relationships with shipping lines, airlines, NVOCCs, trucking companies, and overseas agents, along with a solid understanding of international freight markets, carrier networks, and supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), Air Freight, Inland Transportation, Customs Clearance, and Value-Added Logistics Services. Negotiate freight rates and service contracts with shipping lines, airlines, NVOCCs, trucking companies, warehouses, and overseas agents. Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, logistics partners, and international agent networks to secure the most competitive commercial terms. Analyze market trends, carrier capacity, transit times, surcharges, and pricing fluctuations to maintain competitive pricing strategies. Support the Sales Department by providing timely quotations, commercial advice, and alternative routing solutions to maximize business opportunities. Coordinate with Operations to ensure pricing aligns with operational capabilities and customer requirements. Maintain and update carrier tariffs, rate agreements, contract pricing, and procurement databases. Participate in RFQs, tenders, and strategic pricing projects for key accounts and multinational customers. Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and service improvements. Ensure all quotations comply with company pricing policies, profitability targets, and customer service standards. Monitor carrier announcements, General Rate Increases (GRIs), Peak Season Surcharges (PSS), and market developments affecting freight costs. Collaborate closely with overseas agents to obtain destination charges, local handling costs, and end-to-end logistics solutions. Prepare pricing reports and market intelligence to support management decision-making and commercial planning.

Required Qualifications

  • Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related discipline. 2–5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Pricing, Procurement, or Commercial Operations. Strong knowledge of Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Inland Transportation, and international logistics pricing. Experience negotiating with shipping lines, airlines, NVOCCs, trucking companies, and overseas partners. Good understanding of Incoterms®, international shipping documentation, and global trade procedures. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and commercial decision-making skills. Strong communication and relationship management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and freight management systems. Ability to manage multiple quotations and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
