Our integrated solutions include: Sea Freight Air Freight Inland Transportation Customs Clearance Bonded & Non-Bonded Warehousing Global Supply Chain Solutions Digital Freight Management Platform Location: New Cairo, Egypt We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated General Cargo Shipping Sales Executive to join our commercial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and promoting a full range of maritime services for general cargo vessels. This role focuses on Bulk Carriers, Breakbulk, RoRo, Tankers, Heavy Lift, Project Cargo, Multipurpose Vessels, Ship Agency, Suez Canal Transit, Port Agency, and related maritime services. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio. Promote maritime services for Bulk, Breakbulk, RoRo, Tankers, Heavy Lift, Project Cargo, Multipurpose Vessels, and other general cargo sectors. Market Ship Agency, Port Agency, Suez Canal Transit, Husbandry Services, Bunkering Coordination, Crew Changes, Offshore Support, and other maritime solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with ship owners, operators, charterers, cargo owners, exporters, importers, freight forwarders, traders, EPC contractors, and logistics companies. Identify customer requirements and prepare competitive commercial proposals and quotations. Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of all services. Conduct customer visits, business meetings, and presentations. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
Required Qualifications
- Requirements 3–7 years of experience in general cargo shipping sales, ship agency, chartering, or maritime logistics. Strong knowledge of Bulk Carriers, Breakbulk, RoRo, Tankers, Heavy Lift, Project Cargo, Multipurpose Vessels, and general cargo shipping services. Good understanding of vessel operations, port procedures, cargo handling, and maritime logistics. Existing network of ship owners, charterers, cargo owners, traders, exporters, importers, EPC contractors, or shipping companies is a strong advantage. Ability to identify business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships. Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Good command of English (spoken and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
