Our platform provides integrated solutions for: Sea Freight Air Freight Inland Transportation Customs Clearance Warehousing Global Supply Chain Management We are looking for a motivated Shipping Trainee who is passionate about logistics and wants to build a successful career in international shipping and freight forwarding. Learn and support daily shipping and freight forwarding operations. Assist in handling import and export shipments. Communicate with shipping lines, agents, customers, and internal teams. Support preparation of shipping documents: Bill of Lading (B/L) Commercial Invoice Packing List Certificate of Origin Shipping Instructions Follow up shipment status from booking until delivery. Assist operations team in updating shipment data on Freight In platform. Learn freight quotation processes and shipping rates. Support coordination with customs clearance and transportation teams. Maintain accurate shipment records and reports. Provide regular updates to customers regarding shipment progress.

Required Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or 0–2 years of experience in shipping/logistics. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. Strong willingness to learn and develop within the logistics industry. Good communication and organizational skills. Good command of English (written and spoken). Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
